People with disabilities can ride Metrobus and Metrorail at the discount rate with a Discount-Fare EASY Card.

• Metrobus & Metrorail: $1.10
• Metrobus Express: $1.30
• Metrobus Shuttle: Free
• 1-Month Pass: $56.25
• 7-Day Pass: $14.60
• 1-Day Pass: $2.80

• Current valid Florida ID or Florida driver’s license with a Miami-Dade County physical address.

• Confirmation from a Florida licensed physician certifying disability including the medical code and whether the disability is permanent.
• A current Florida ID or driver's license with a Miami-Dade County physical address.
• Your current Discount Fare EASY Card.

Renewals are also accepted in person at the Golden Passport Office or at any 311 service center.

• $5 for the first replacement
• $20 for the second replacement
• $50 for each replacement thereafter

A fee waiver is available when an original police report is presented, listing the card as a stolen item.

Customers who have questions regarding the Discount Fare EASY Card program or need assistance with the online application can contact EASY Card Financial Center at 786-469-5151, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., except for County-observed holidays. When calling for assistance, customers should have ready their personal information and application confirmation number, if available.
